Mànran, the multi-award-winning Scottish supergroup have been at the forefront of the Scottish traditional music scene for over a decade. With their unique blend of traditional and modern sounds, the seven-piece band has garnered international recognition and adoration.
In October 2021, they released their fourth studio album, ÙRAR, to critical acclaim. Mànran’s lead female vocalist, Kim Carnie, was also named “Gaelic Singer of the Year” at the 2021 MG Alba Hands up for Trad Awards. The band has performed on stages across the globe, including in the USA, Asia, and Australia, where they were awarded “International Artist of the Year” at the Australian Celtic Music Awards.
Mànran’s combination of self-penned tunes, performed on a mix of traditional and modern instruments, and their outstanding songs in Gaelic and English have earned them a loyal fanbase worldwide. Don’t miss their dynamic and vibrant live performance at Elgin Town Hall on the 25th of March, 2023.
